Who operates Floquy
Floquy is developed by Caleb Media Studio LLC, a Florida business. These terms cover the Floquy website, macOS application, and connected services as they become available.
Using pre-release software
Development versions may contain bugs, change without notice, and require updates. Keep independent copies of important documents. Do not use pre-release voice-writing output as the only record for a safety-critical, legal, medical, or other consequential decision.
Your content belongs to you
You keep ownership of what you say, write, and save. Using Floquy does not transfer your writing rights to Caleb Media Studio LLC. You are responsible for reviewing generated text before sharing it. Floquy is designed for device-local speech and optional on-device personalization, with further details in our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and security
Once registration opens, each account will be connected to a verified email. You are responsible for keeping credentials and connected devices secure. Do not try to access someone else’s account, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or bypass technical restrictions.
Organizations and memberships
Organizations will have separately controlled workspaces with owners and designated administrators. An organization’s permissions only apply to its workspace. Individual accounts remain personal and are not transferred to an employer when a membership ends. Shared organization data and purchased workspace features may remain under that organization’s control.
Prices and paid features
Prices currently shown are planned offerings, not completed offers to purchase. Paid features will only become available after checkout, fulfillment, and refund terms are published. We will identify recurring charges and cancellation behavior before taking payment.
Availability and updates
Software updates may be necessary for security or compatibility. We intend to distribute verified, notarized Mac releases and publish update information. We may pause pre-release services for maintenance or security, and will avoid unexpected account or data changes whenever reasonably possible.
Feedback and third-party services
You may submit product feedback voluntarily. We may use feedback to improve Floquy without requiring the sharing of private writing. Any optional third-party services will be identified before enabling them.
